Catering Orders

We’d love to cater your next event!

  • Celebrations, holidays, parties, work events—we can do it all!

  • Recommended for orders in which you’d like multiple varieties of cookies

    • However, we can do a single flavor if preferred

  • Currently, we can accept catering orders w/ volumes up to 250 pcs. given 2 weeks notice

  • For anything larger than 250 pcs., we kindly request you provide us with advance notice (min. 4 weeks) so that we have time to ensure proper ingredient levels, source any special add-ins, and give your order the care and attention it deserves

  • Flavor Options:

    • Our classic & signature recipe flavors are always available for catering orders

    • Custom/seasonal flavors can be accommodated given advance notice

  • Pricing:

    • Catering orders start at a base rate of $200.00 USD

    • Prices are subject to increase based on:

      • the size of the order (# of pcs.)

      • operational costs per batch (ingredients, packaging, and labor)

      • the complexity of order creation (design, recipe modifications due to any allergies/intolerances, etc.)

    • Volume discount available for large catering orders

Large Volume Orders

  • At A.E. Cookie Co., anything between 100-200 pcs. is considered a large volume order

    • Any quantity above 200 pcs. is considered a catering order and will be charged accordingly

    • Any orders received for a singular flavor that equate to a Lg. Volume order quantity (described above) will be charged in line with Lg. Vol. order pricing (see below):

      • 100 pcs - $120 USD ($1.20/cookie)

      • 150 pcs - $ 150 USD ($1.00/cookie)

      • 200 pcs - $185 USD ($0.925/cookie)

    • Any orders with a volume that falls between the ranges listed above in the qty./pricing guide will be charged at a rate in line with the previous listing

      • Ex. : 180 pcs. would be charged at the rate of $1.00/cookie

  • Lg. Volume orders can be thoughtfully made in anywhere between 1-4 flavors in your chosen combination of classic, signature, and/or seasonal flavors

  • Lg. Volume orders require a min. of 1 week lead time (but 2 weeks is preferable) in order to ensure proper ingredient and packaging levels and to make sure your order is as amazing as can be!

  • NOTE: IN LINE WITH OVERALL PRODUCT PRICING, ORDERS WITH ALLERGY/INTOLERANCE RECIPE MODIFICATIONS (SUCH AS GF) WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE REFLECTIVE OF INCREASED INGREDIENT AND LABOR COSTS
