Understanding Our Prices:

The following considerations inform our decision to set prices at their stated rates

- Quantity: a selected batch of A.E. Cookie Co. cookies ranges from the quantities outlined above. For most flavor choices, this breaks down to less than $1.00 / cookie. Additionally, while the stated servings quoted in each batch quantity are averages, sometimes, depending on the selected flavor, there may be extras (although this is NOT a guarantee)

- Price: varies based on the flavor selected; prices are determined largely by ingredient/operational costs and the ability to procure superior quality ingredients in line with A.E. Cookie Co. brand standards.

-At A.E. Cookie Co., we believe the simpler, the better. As such, we source organic ingredients whenever possible and pay a premium for the highest quality spices and recipe mix-ins on the market (such as Vietnamese cinnamon and gourmet, fair-trade chocolate), in addition to crafting every product in small batches to ensure quality (all of which takes time!)

- Additionally, A.E. Cookie Co. is a small business, which means operational costs are higher than they would be for a commercial bakery. We pride ourselves on making an amazing product, and while doing so is a labor of love, it’s still a lot of effort.

- Other Considerations: Right now, you’re getting something and giving back!

- All profits from A.E. Cookie Co. sales placed in the holiday season (Nov. 1 - Dec. 31) go to charity

- This year, we’ll be turning all profits into donations to local food banks and/or holiday toy drives (such as Toys for Tots) to help ensure everyone can have a happy holiday season!
